Job Details

Construction Superintendent – Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
Enforce plans, specs, and quality standards.
Lead site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Maintain and update project schedules.
Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
Review logs, delivery tickets, and time sheets.
Resolve field issues and maintain organized job site.

Qualifications

Experience as Superintendent in commercial/industrial construction; light industrial/big box retail a plus.
Strong knowledge of building systems, methods, and safety regulations.
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with scheduling and construction management tools (Procore, MS Project).
OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.
