We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to lead the implementation of web projects based on designs crafted by our front-end team. This role focuses on transforming static designs from tools like Adobe XD and Figma into fully functional websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of responsive design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development phase of websites, ensuring accurate translation of designs into responsive, high-performance web pages.
• Utilize WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS to build and maintain client websites, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with front-end designers to address technical constraints and ensure design feasibility.
• Implement and customize CMS features, including templates, custom modules, and integrations, to meet specific client needs.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-launch, maintaining site integrity and performance.
• Stay current with emerging web development trends and technologies to continually enhance our service offerings.
• Assist with additional development projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects built on WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience translating designs from Adobe XD or Figma into functional websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Familiarity with CMS customization, including the creation of templates, custom fields, and plugins.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with PHP, HubSpot API, or other relevant programming languages and tools.
