Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Certificate
• Experience teaching elementary-aged students
• Strong understanding of autism and related teaching strategies
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Location: Buckeye, Arizona

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction to meet the individual needs of students with special education requirements.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs in collaboration with students, parents, and other educators.
• Create a positive and structured learning environment conducive to the development of all students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each students education.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to promote successful learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance in accordance with school policies.
