Indirect Sourcing Analyst (CLM, Contract Lifecycle Management)

Optomi, in partnership with one of the worlds largest food retailers, is seeking an experienced Data/Indirect Sourcing Analyst for a hybrid opportunity in Salisbury, TX or Scarborough Maine, Carlisle PA, or Quincy MA! This candidate will be adept with Data Manipulation, Excel Pivot tables, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Manipulate Data, working with 10's and 1000's of lines of data from Excel and Excel Pivot Tables.
• Pull data from places like Power BI.
• Work extensively in Contract Lifecycle management tools (Docusign for example) and set up for signature.
• Responsible for reducing cost of acquired goods and services that are Not-For Resale. Implements, supports and follows rigorous processes, procedures and policies for the handling of Indirect COE purchasing organization wide in support of stakeholder categories.
• Supports successes of Indirect COE sourcing fulfilling organizations needs as part of the team acting as standard bearers of Indirect COE sourcing activities for specific categories. Liaison to purchasing/replenishment teams.

Skillset of the right candidate:

• Excel- pivot tables- 10s and 1000s of lines of data ; need to manipulate data
• Make sense of data
• Sourcing experience super helpful
• CLM/ Docusign- any CLM tool, set up for signature
• Being able to Multitask
• Verbal communication huge
• Nice to have- PowerBI experience

Experience of the right Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Strategic Planning
• Data Manipulation
