Introduction Join our team as a Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. You will consult on complex initiatives, review and analyze multi-faceted data challenges, and contribute to the resolution of situations requiring a solid understanding of data management functions and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and handling JIRA tickets.
• Prior experience in banking regulatory environments, specifically with FRY14.
• Must be able to work in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN for 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
• Experience in data governance and data mapping skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with data dictionaries.
• 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications or training in data management or analytics.
• Experience in large-scale data projects or initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult on complex data management initiatives with broad impact.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted data management challenges.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to meet deliverables.
