Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year within a K-12 public school setting located in El Paso, TX. This contract assignment offers the opportunity to provide essential psychological services to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional well-being in a dynamic school community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across the K-12 spectrum.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Assist in the development of behavioral strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP).
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
• Caseload and specific school placements to be determined.
• Bilingual skills are considered an asset.

Contract Duration:
Immediate start with assignment through June 12, 2026
