Venture Scout – Initio Capital

Type: Flexible / Referral-Based
Compensation:
$2,500 per qualified referral (venture-backed startup that becomes a customer)
10% commission on the first $25,000 collected from each referred client
Uncapped earnings | Paid per closed engagement

Our Venture Scout Program empowers well-connected professionals to earn meaningful, flexible income by referring founders in their network who could benefit from Initio Capital’s services — with no selling or follow-up required.
Role OverviewAs a Venture Scout , you act as a connector between promising startups and Initio Capital. Simply introduce founders or companies in your network who are fundraising or scaling — and our internal team takes care of the rest. When your referral becomes a customer, you receive direct payment and full credit in your dashboard.
Key ResponsibilitiesRefer early-stage or venture-backed startups aligned with Initio Capital’s programs.
Make warm introductions between founders and our partnerships team.
Use your personalized form and real-time dashboard to submit and track referrals, commissions, and payouts.
Optionally participate in training sessions and partner marketing initiatives.
Referral tracking system with live dashboards and analytics.
Training, templates, and marketing support to help you earn consistent or even passive income.
Conference and event sponsorships for top-performing affiliates.
Access to our exclusive founder and investor community , perks, and venture ecosystem.
You have connections in venture capital, accelerators, or the startup ecosystem.
