Overview Talent Engagement Director @ Catena Solutions — Chicago, IL (hybrid 2 days per week). Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr. PAY RATE: $50ph / w2. START DATE: asap. DURATION: 6 months with strong possibility to extend. HOURS: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid, long-term contract opportunity with one of the world’s largest and most recognized airlines. Responsibilities Design assets for B2B retail media campaigns for Amazon, Walmart.com, and BestBuy. Assets include display ads, banners, and media storefronts. Tweak and resize creative from global teams as needed, including updating copy. Resize and adapt holiday assets for different retailers. Qualifications 4+ years in digital design Experience with retail media design (e.g., creating display ads for retailers) Experience designing assets for media campaigns for Amazon and/or Walmart CPG retail industry experience Solid understanding of how ecommerce works About Catena Solutions Catena Solutions brings 30+ years of expertise supporting organizations to drive growth, optimize operations, and navigate industry challenges.
