Job Overview The Contractor Consultants is hiring a full-time Electrician to join our field operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable electrician with a strong foundation in electrical theory and hands-on experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can read blueprints, layout systems, and wire panels, all while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Lay out and install electrical boxes, conduit, and related components
- Wire and make up electrical panels accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Follow safety regulations and company policies on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members
- Contribute to team-based problem-solving and task execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and wiring practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Skilled in panel layout, conduit bending, and system installation
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work alone or within a team environment
- Familiarity with job site safety practices (OSHA knowledge is a plus)
- No formal education or licensing required, but must show technical aptitude

Schedule - Full-Time
