Senior Graphic Designer (Fashion Focus) - Temp-to-Hire

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Hourly Rate: $62.50 - $75 per hour

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion to lead our client's creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning designs across various channels, including print, digital, and email. You'll work closely with our team to develop concepts, design assets, and finalize materials that showcase our brand's fashion-forward aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of high-quality designs for various channels, including print, digital, and email, that align with our fashion brand's visual identity
• Take design concepts from the initial concept to the final handoff, ensuring that all materials meet our brand's standards
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers, including feedback and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in fashion and graphic design
• Develop and maintain design standards and best practices

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, FOCUSED ON FASHION
• Portfolio that showcases exceptional design skills and expertise in fashion branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior designers
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

Nice to Have:

• Experience in art direction and creative direction
• Knowledge of email marketing design and best practices
• Familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma
• Experience with design systems and style guides

Compensation for this Temp-to-Hire role

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Hourly Rate: $62.50 - $75 per hour
