Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required As the Cyber Security Scrum Master, you will facilitate a team of Cyber Security professionals using Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies. Responsibilities include evaluating scope and schedule, managing backlogs, leading daily scrums, removing obstacles, conducting retrospectives, and improving team productivity. You will collaborate with various cybersecurity and engineering teams to ensure compliance and security best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain Polygraph US Citizenship Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification Experience with SAFe methodology and tools like GitHub Strong knowledge of software development and cybersecurity in Agile environments Experience with system security engineering, security plans, and risk assessments Preferred Qualifications DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., CISSP, Security+) Experience with NIST standards, cloud deployment, and modern development approaches Programming skills in Python, Java, React, etc. Experience with DevOpsSec, vulnerability scans, and Linux environments By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated messages from The Judge Group regarding job opportunities.
