Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license or a current multistate compact license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school.

Additional requirements include:

Minimum Work Experience

1 year or more experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Additional requirements include:

• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (or) obtained within 30 days after hire date.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Department/Unit Summary

• Therapy staff is present on the unit to assist with ADLs.
• Patients receive therapy
