Public Relations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Public Relations professional to drive brand visibility and reputation management in the U.S. market, targeting Gen Z, collectors, and pop culture enthusiasts. You will design and execute integrated PR campaigns , craft compelling narratives ( press releases , thought leadership articles, social media content), and build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

What You Will Achieve

Strategic Storytelling :

  • Execute PR strategies highlighting POP MART’s collaborations, product launches, and cultural impact to enhance brand image and media visibility.
  • Draft and write press releases, speeches, social media content, and other communication materials.

Community & Influencer Engagement :

  • Maintain media relationships and liaise with journalists, bloggers, Key Opinion Leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage fan events, brand campaigns, press conferences, and crisis communication responses.
  • Cross-Cultural Collaboration.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration :

  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, public sentiment trends, and generate actionable reports.

What You Will Need

  • 8-12 years of PR/communications experience in fashion toys, fashion, or entertainment industries.
  • A bachelor's degree in public relations, or a related field
  • Strong media network with outlets and niche pop culture blogs. Crafting and pitching stories to media outlets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for trendy toys and understanding of Gen Z/collector psychology is a big plus.
