Photographer – Lifestyle, Product & Content at WOLFpak:

Full Time (Potential) – Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

Initial Contract: $257.90/day (Three-Month 1099 Contract)

Potential Full-Time Pay Range: $65,000–$75,000 per year

Role Description:

WOLFpak is seeking a versatile Photographer who can capture the energy and essence of our brand through dynamic lifestyle, product, and content photography. This role involves everything from shooting on-location lifestyle campaigns and athlete/editorial content to producing e-commerce product imagery, social media assets, and behind-the-scenes moments.

We are excited to offer you this position if you're the right fit! To start, we’d like to bring you on as soon as possible on a three-month 1099 contract at a rate of $257.90 per day. After that, we’ll discuss the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.

We take this approach so that both sides have a chance to gauge the fit. This is a key creative role for the company, and since it’s hard to measure chemistry and alignment in interviews alone, we prefer a working trial to ensure mutual success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lifestyle Photography: Capture WOLFpak products in action—on athletes, in the gym, outdoors, or on the go—for use across campaigns and social platforms.
• Product Photography: Shoot clean, high-quality imagery for product launches, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
• Content Creation: Generate visuals that support social media, email, paid ads, and digital storytelling.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing and design team on shot concepts, mood boards, locations, and styling.
• Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards and campaign needs.
• Media Management: Organize and deliver assets in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Trend Awareness: Stay in the know on current photo and video trends, lighting techniques, and content formats.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in both lifestyle and product photography (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; Premiere/After Effects a plus
• Comfortable with on-location shoots, studio setups, and fast-paced environments
• Ability to edit and deliver polished content on short timelines
• Highly organized with good communication and creative flexibility
• Passion for branding, fitness, lifestyle, and/or fashion photography is a bonus

Note: This is an on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA. Travel may occasionally be required for shoots.
