The Position:

Working side-by-side with a seasoned Senior Photographer and cross-functional creative teams, this role will gain hands-on experience in both studio photography and short-form product videography.

The ideal candidate is a well-organized multitasker with an eye for detail and a foundational skill set in video editing and photography. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their technical and creative skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position will be required to work out of the photography studio in New Kensington, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit short-form product videos for digital use (e.g., social, e-commerce)

• Responsible for in-studio product photography

• Assist the Senior Photographer on lifestyle shoots

• Set up studio lighting, backdrops, and props in preparation for shoots

• Support photo and video post-production including editing, retouching, and color correction

• Compose, stylize, and stage product shots based on creative direction

• Manage and organize digital image and video libraries

• Assist with prop management, product inventory organization, pulls, and returns

• Maintain an organized, clean, and photo-ready studio environment

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and product launches

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong interest in photography and videography with foundational editing skills

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom

• Understanding of studio lighting and camera equipment (experience is a plus)

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to take direction and work independently or collaboratively

• Strong time management skills and a willingness to learn

• Knowledge of file organization and digital asset management

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Experience with Cloudinary and Monday.com a plus

• Experience with Canon camera systems and lenses

• Experience with Capture One photography software a plus

• Experience with OrbitVu photography systems a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a photo/video production environment required

• Coursework or degree in photography, videography, multimedia, or a related field is a plus

• Portfolio or work samples showcasing video editing and/or photography required for consideration
