We are looking to add a Lead Floor Technician to our night shift crew in the Hagerstown, MD area . Are you looking for a nighttime gig that will free up your days? BENEFITS & SCHEDULE
Our Lead Floor Techs bring home a starting pay of $25/hour and enjoy excellent benefits including health benefits with a 25% company contribution after 90 days of employment and vacation time after 1 year of employment .
This is a night shift position . Occasionally, we will need you to work weekends to complete any additional cleaning services for our clients.

THE JOB
We are looking to add a Lead Floor Technician to join our night shift crew and strip, buff, and wax hard floors as well as clean carpets for our clients. Each shift, you arrive ready to "get 'er done"! Tapping into your experience taking care of floors, you accurately utilize a floor machine to strip, wax, and buff floors as well as complete carpet cleaning as needed. Your commitment to maintaining a strong work ethic shines through in all you do. You follow through with all company procedures, keep open lines of communication with supervisors, and complete every job with professionalism! At the end of the day, you walk out those doors knowing you left only your best out on the floor!
