Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking an Order Picker / Packer to join their team. As an Order Picker / Packer, you will be part of the operations supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker / Packer

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $17.50/hr

Shift: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 5:30am-6PM & Every Other Wednesday 5:30am - 4pm. 

• Pulling orders accurately and efficiently.
• Packaging products for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Participating in orientation and training sessions to enhance skills.

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
