Sendit is part of Iconic Hearts Holdings, Inc's portfolio - a rapidly growing social media app with over 20 million active users per month. Our mission is to craft engaging, interactive experiences that empower users to connect, interact, and spark meaningful conversations. With our innovative AR icebreakers, we've changed the game on how conversations start. As we consistently expand our user base and features, we're in search of a capable Talent Relations Intern to join our vibrant team and help shape the future of social media. Your understanding of talent relations and recruitment will play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

• Scouting for talent across social media platforms, aiming to partner with creators that align with our brand identity.
• Establishing and maintaining a framework for communication with existing and potential talent.
• Recruiting talent via social media, building strong relationships with some of the top creators in the world.
• Ensuring that all talent responsibilities are fulfilled (i.e. sharing custom content).

Requirements:

• Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week from the office (Culver City, CA).
• Deep understanding of how Gen Z consumes content across various platforms.
• "In progress" degree in Communications or a related field, or possess relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a knack for fostering positive relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in talent relations within the social media space.
• Familiarity with the current influencer landscape and digital trends.
