Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist will manage administrative duties and case management for onboarding new hires. You will work closely with the internal Payroll Team and Customer Service Teams to facilitate the onboarding process for both temporary and full-time employees, handling 20-40 new hires at any given time. Daily tasks will include utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, with up to 10% of your day spent calling new hires to verify their information.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal Payroll and Customer Service Teams.
Process onboarding items for temporary and full-time employees.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS on a daily basis.
Make calls to new hires to verify information provided.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of administrative experience
Experience in Human Resources
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Customer service skills
Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP and SAP SuccessFactors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
HR onboarding support experience
Experience with ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED
Work Environment
The position is fully onsite in Loveland, working within a team of 18 members. The role reports to the HR Onboarding Supervisor and is located in a newly updated building with a cafeteria, vending machines, and kitchens on every floor. The work environment emphasizes safety and integrity, aligning with the company's core values.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
