Note protests (Notaries performing this act must be employed by a depository institution and must be acting within their scope of employment). Qualifications/Skills MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public certification. Clear a background check. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Familiarity with legal documents like wills, deeds, and car titles.
