Job Description
We are seeking a full time Healthcare Receptionist predominantly 4 days a week, 9am-5pm (hours may vary). This is a fast paced environment. No experience necessary, but attention to detail is essential.
Daily duties include: Greeting patient in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Answer and manage incoming calls. Schedule patient appointments and issue associated documentation. General office administration duties.
Skills and experience: Experience not necessary. Excellent phone manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be empathetic to patients. Self motivated, reliable and trustworthy. Warm and friendly personality with the ability to remain calm and polite in stressful situations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The position will be casual for a probationary period of 6 months with a view to permanent after that period. Immediate start for the right candidate.
