• Medical Assistant / Receptionist / Office manager

  M-F 9 AM – 3 PM, can be Monday to Thursday if desired

  Previous experience in doctors’ office or hospital a plus.

• Greeting: Welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Communication: Answering phone calls and emails, and responding to patient questions
• Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and follow-ups, and confirming appointments with patients
• Patient records: Updating patient records, entering new patient information, and retrieving patient files
• Forms: Distributing forms and paperwork to patients, and checking that required fields are completed
• Payments: Processing payments from patients and collecting co-pays
• Supplies: Managing inventory of office supplies and coordinating reordering
• Other tasks: Maintaining an office schedule for other staff members, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping the front desk organized
