About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Partner Relations to play a vital role in shaping our partner ecosystem, driving a consistent stream of qualified leads and revenue. In this pivotal position, you will build and oversee our referral partnership strategy, ensuring its alignment with company revenue goals. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, you will assist in forecasting and planning for partnership growth.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B partnership development, business development, or channel sales, with a proven record in scaling referral or channel partner programs. You'll engage cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to effectively acquire, enable, and incentivize referral partners, particularly in the HR consulting, PEO, and insurance brokerage sectors.
Successful applicants will possess deep knowledge of HR tech, insurance, benefits administration, or PEO ecosystems. A strong understanding of SaaS economics and sales cycles is essential, along with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools is expected.
