Babylist is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to amplify the impact of our CEO and CFO/COO. In this role, you will be a force multiplier for the CEO by ensuring her time is focused on the highest-impact opportunities, managing her calendar and priorities, and elevating her public profile through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and external visibility. You will also lead and support high-priority initiatives and special projects for the CEO and CFO/COO, including strategic growth opportunities such as evaluating new market opportunities and potential M&A. You'll gain firsthand exposure to company-wide priorities, leadership decision-making, and the inner workings of a high-performing organization.

A strategic operator with at least 10+ years of experience in consulting, product, general management or corporate strategy at a high-growth, scaling start up organization.

Exceptional program/project management skills, broad business acumen, and the ability to align teams across functions to drive results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.

Can take data insights and distill them into actionable recommendations and narratives.

Experience managing a senior executive's corporate profile, including speaking prep, conference and stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership on LinkedIn.

Skilled at crafting compelling narratives in decks, memos, and presentations for internal and external audiences, including investors and board members.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives and projects in a cross-functional environment on tight deadlines.

Comfortable moving between ambiguity and structureable to both set strategy and execute with precision.

Adept at driving alignment across executive leaders and ensuring accountability on critical initiatives.

You exercise excellent judgment, handle confidential information with care, and build credibility quickly.

Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a bias for action and high emotional intelligence.

Strong understanding of financial storytelling, business principles, and investor expectations.

Act as a thought partner and advisor to the CEOhelping prioritize, execute, and track key initiatives across the entire Babylist org.

Manage special initiatives and tasks as directed by the CEO and CFO/COO, adapting to changing priorities and needs.

Gather and analyze data, assess market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform key decision-making processes.

Ensure the CEO is effective in allocation of time by focusing on high-impact activities and maintaining proactive follow-up with key internal/external stakeholders to strengthen relationships and drive progress.

Support the CEO in building and elevating their public profile, including thought leadership, media presence, speaking engagements, and industry visibility.

Craft compelling external presentations and communications, and lead strategic projects outside the core business to help shape CEO communications & strategy.

Conduct market studies to evaluate opportunities in new international markets, including competitive analysis, product assessment, and recommendations for market entry.

Assess potential M&A opportunities, supporting strategic evaluations and due diligence to accelerate growth.

Manage complex projects and critical initiatives, define objectives, establish timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.

Babylist follows a market-based approach to compensation, with pay varying based on location, experience, and qualifications. In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the starting salary range for this role is $133,713.00 to $200,528.00, representing the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this position.

Your starting salary within this range will be determined based on your skills, experience, and work location, with future adjustments informed by role growth, performance, and internal pay equity.
