Job Title: Adult Daycare Program Assistant (Non-CNA Role)
Location: Merritt Island, FL
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Program Assistant to support our daily operations. This non-CNA role focuses on participant engagement, meal service, basic care assistance, and toileting support — no certification required, but experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily activities, games, and recreational programs
Help serve meals and snacks to participants
Provide basic supervision and companionship
Support with mobility and toileting assistance
Assist with boarding and exiting transportation vans
Keep activity areas clean, safe, and organized
Report any concerns or incidents to the Program Manager
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities preferred
Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable assisting with restroom needs and hygiene
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs with assistance
High school diploma or GED required
Background check and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
