Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, handling customer service tasks, receiving and routing incoming calls, and maintaining office supplies. This is an on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Manager or Secretary are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry is advantageous
