Position: Cabinet Maker
Education Required:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of related experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate woodworking machines such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers
Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made
Trim joints, fit parts, and assemble subcomponents into complete units
Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish
Prepare and apply laminated plastics
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Manual dexterity

Standing for extended periods
Requirements:
Steel-toed safety boots (own equipment)
