We are currently seeking  certified, reliable, wellness coaches to join our growing platform. As a Zuporta Coach, you'll offer live chat-based support to clients in one or more of our six coaching categories. This is a  remote, flexible opportunity for professionals who value meaningful connection, confidentiality, and compassionate guidance — all while earning fairly for their time..

Responsibilities

As a certified support coach on the Zuporta platform, your primary responsibility is to  hold compassionate space for clients in real-time, non-clinical chat/call sessions. You’ll be expected to:

  • Provide  empathetic, non-judgmental support through live chat in your approved coaching category
  • Use  active listening, reflection, and open-ended prompts to guide client self-discovery
  • Refrain from giving clinical, psychiatric, or medical advice
  • Maintain clear, professional documentation of session themes (if required by platform)
  • Uphold client  confidentiality, consent, and privacy in line with HIPAA standards
  • Recognize and appropriately  respond to red flags or urgent disclosures using hotline referral and reporting protocols
  • Stay within your coaching scope and category training guidelines
  • Foster a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed coaching environment
  • Complete onboarding, training modules, and periodic updates as required
  • Set and update your availability regularly via the platform dashboard
  • Represent Zuporta’s values of integrity, presence, and human-centered care in every interaction

Qualifications

To ensure quality, compassion, and professionalism across our platform, we ask that all coaches meet the following qualifications:

  • Certification or Training in a recognized coaching modality (e.g., life coaching, wellness coaching, mindfulness, nurse coaching, etc.)
  • – OR –
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or another health-related field  with relevant experience in supportive or caregiving roles
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort using chat/call-based technology
  • warm, grounded, and non-judgmental coaching style
  • Culturally aware and  trauma-informed approach to client support
  • Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to undergo  background check and identity verification
  • Commitment to uphold Zuporta’s  Code of Ethics HIPAA-style confidentiality , and  non-clinical coaching boundaries
  • Passion for providing real-time emotional, lifestyle, or personal support
  • Bonus: Experience working with  teens, caregivers, or diverse communities
