Job Description

Our client, a leading distributor in the clothing and accessories industry, is seeking Warehouse Workers to join their team for their upcoming busy season. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various operational tasks including restickering, packing, loading and much more. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Pay Range: $16-$17 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) or 2:00pm-11:30pm (Monday to Friday), possible Saturday OT

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading trucks efficiently to ensure timely operations.
• Packing orders accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Stacking pallets in a safe and organized manner.
• Repacking items as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks as assigned.
