Warehouse Order Selector – Equipment Operator | $18.50–$20.50/hr

Our client, a leading beauty and cosmetics distribution center in Greenwood, IN, is hiring Warehouse Order Selectors – Equipment Operators to support their high-volume fulfillment center. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, organized, and fast-paced warehouse distributing top-tier beauty products nationwide. The ideal candidate is safety-minded , reliable , and experienced in operating warehouse equipment.

Pay Rates & Shifts:

Weekday Shifts (Overtime Required):

• Mon–Thur, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $18.50/hr

• Mon–Thur, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM | $19.25/hr

Weekend Shifts:

• Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $19.50/hr

• Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.50/hr

Shift Differentials:

• Weekday Nights: +$0.75/hr

• Weekend Days: +$1.00/hr

• Weekend Nights: +$2.00/hr

What will you be doing?

• Operating cherry pickers and reach trucks

• Picking and staging beauty product orders using RF scanners

• Restocking bins and moving inventory within the distribution center

• Wrapping pallets and preparing freight for outbound shipment

• Performing equipment safety checks and following warehouse protocols

• Assisting with hand-picking when not operating equipment

What do you bring?

• At least 6 months of experience operating cherry pickers or reach trucks

• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse systems

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
