THE POSITION: The VP, Creative Director (VP, CD) leads the strategic and creative vision for multiple brands and therapeutic areas. This role demands a combination of exceptional creative leadership and strategic partnership with clients, account teams, and other senior leaders. The VP, CD guides and mentors a multidisciplinary creative team, ensuring that the work delivered is innovative, brand?aligned, and meets strategic objectives.
The role involves spearheading creative strategy across all channels, staying at the forefront of industry trends, and aligning creative outputs with clients overarching business goals. The VP, CD plays an essential role in maximizing team performance, improving profitability, and leading new business efforts.
