This is a mid-level position to work with a senior researcher on LexisNexis core products. Responsibilities Plan studies and conduct research studies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions. Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights. Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products. Work with designers to iterate and test solutions. Keep up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors. Recruit participants for studies. Required qualifications Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys. Ability to lead small to medium projects independently. Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics. Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance. Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Preferred qualifications Suggested years of experience: 2-4 years Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area. Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research. Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework. Understanding of the U.S. legal system.
