Responsibilities include developing research plans, analyzing data, and reporting findings to support product development. Ideal candidates are curious about user behavior, skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, articulate, and able to communicate findings effectively. Essential Job Responsibilities Conduct independent research on product aspects and user experiences. Gather and analyze user behavior data via various methods including lab studies, ethnography, surveys, and A/B testing. Moderation skills for group facilitation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Experience with remote usability testing and focus groups. Experience with both web and mobile platforms. Background in related fields like human factors or market research.
