Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Seattle, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements

~40 hours per week
~ Shift: 8 hours, days
~ Employment Type: Travel
Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services in a judgment-free, compassionate manner , especially for HIV-positive and underserved populations
Dispense and manage medications in accordance with legal, regulatory, and institutional policies
Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes
Review and process prescriptions, manage prior authorizations, and handle insurance billing
Ensure regulatory compliance, including state and federal pharmacy laws and institutional protocols
Utilize pharmacy software for medication dispensing and inventory control (preferably McKesson Enterprise )
Support chronic disease management and preventative therapies across various conditions
Strong clinical foundation in HIV pharmacotherapy , chronic conditions, and preventative medicine
Proficiency with pharmacy operations, including insurance claims and software systems
Commitment to equitable care delivery and underserved communities
Excellent communication and patient counseling skill
AAHIVP certification (American Academy of HIV Medicine Pharmacist)\n\nExperience with the McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system
