Charting System: Required, Epic

 

Certifications: Certs marked with * are preferred others are required

BCPS*, BLS, Board Certified , Chemo/Hazardous Drug , IV Certification*, PharmD, State licensed

 

Weekdays with every third weekend required
Start date 8/11 preferred - will consider 8/25

Acute / Inpatient Pharmacy experience required
