Driver Managers are responsible for managing activities for three (12) professional CDL A drivers. This position is responsible for taking a proactive approach as a manager of people to maximize driver’s performance in and around wastewater treatment and waste transportation. Also, waste box hauling and frac tank hauling.

Responsibilities:

• Transportation Managers are the direct point of contact for all assigned drivers and must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner by responding to all customer inquiries and issues.
• Oversight of vehicle inspections, DOT compliance, Maintenance, Scheduling, Customer Service, and PM programs.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of FMCSA Regulations including Hours of Service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high levels of stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Applications
• Ability to prioritize
• Completes tasks quickly with minimal mistakes
• Conflict Management Skills a Must
• Problem solving skills required
