🛠️ We're Hiring | Test Engineer Technician
Are you passionate about precision testing, engineering support, and being part of a high-performing technical team? We're looking for a Test Engineer Technician to join our operations and engineering department!
This role reports to the Operations Test Engineering Manager and will support the execution of component and system-level test procedures, data analysis, and infrastructure improvements. If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving and want to play a key role in the product lifecycle—from development to production—this is the opportunity for you.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Execute detailed test plans and procedures
• Analyze test requirements and evaluate measurement tolerances
• Collect, compile, and process data for engineering teams
• Maintain and update test documentation and infrastructure
• Support internal/external test initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Identify and troubleshoot testing issues and support product integration
• Use Laser Tracking Software (e.g., Spatial Analyzer) for alignment and evaluation
✅ What You Bring:
• Strong technical acumen and hands-on testing experience
• Ability to analyze data, document findings, and support engineers
• Experience with component and system-level testing
• Familiarity with technical documentation and test infrastructure
• Knowledge of Spatial Analyzer or other laser tracking systems is a big plus
