GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Meet or exceed annual sales budget.
2. Implement and maintain sales budget expectations and any sales related promotions for distribution or styles of product.
3. Follow and report findings associated with directives from Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
4. Maintain accurate data input and manage within CRM program, Salesforce. This data includes but is not limited to customer names/addresses, pricing, sales opportunities, pipeline builds, opportunity products to assisting in forecasting projections for qualified products.
5. Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for daily in person sales and customer business reviews, this includes End-Users and Distribution.
6. TM is responsible for communication of New Products Concepts to Product Management, plus implementation of New Products to Distribution.
7. TM must maintain a consistent approved coverage of his/her assigned Territory, as per RSM inputs. Maintaining a consistent Travel Cycle Coverage of Territory. Overnight Travel is mandatory.
8. TM is responsible in investigating and bringing New Distribution and Vertical Markets to RSM, National Account Manager (NAM) attention.
9. TM has stake and equity into adding of Distribution and Vertical Markets interests, and needs RSM, NAM approvals.
10. TM is responsible for working with prospective industrial end users to specify SHOWA products in their work place.
11. TM is responsible for keeping channels of communication open with Distribution Management, Product Management, and Purchasing personnel.
12. TM required to maintain and make joint sales presentations with Distribution Sales Personnel.
13. TM required to maintain and follow proper maintenance to Travel Expectations and associated Expenses outlined in Handbook.
14. TM to manage his/her sales expenses through Concur.
15. TM required to assist, attend, and participate in assigned Sales Meetings, Distribution Sales Conferences, on as needed basis.
16. TM is required to train and motivate Distribution Sellers of SHOWA and Promote All New SHOWA products.
17. TM assists RSM, NAM, and VP Sales on special projects as assigned, not limited to direct sales functions.
18. Will maintain and find business in the states of Nebraska, Kansas, and parts of Missouri.
