ORS Canada, a leading national distributor of industrial and safety products, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support and grow our customer base in Quebec . This role is critical in driving sales growth by building strong, consultative relationships with customers and delivering value through our comprehensive product offering and service solutions.
About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for executing a regional sales strategy focused on face-to-face customer engagement, account development, and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with internal partners, this role translates ORS Canada’s marketing and sales initiatives into measurable growth, while ensuring exceptional service and support across a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct in-person sales visits to build strong customer relationships and enhance business partnerships.
· Identify opportunities for product line conversions, new item placement, and increased account penetration.
· Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Associates to align on territory strategy and drive performance.
· Utilize sales reports and CRM tools to assess account activity, identify growth opportunities, and inform planning.
· Understand and respond to customer needs with tailored solutions across all product categories.
· Support the launch of new products, promote ORS Canada’s value proposition, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Open new accounts, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the regional and national sales strategy.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in territory sales and wholesale distribution.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an asset.
· Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
