The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the financial services industry. Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities: Proficiency in Teradata, with experience on Teradata V 17.20 or higher. Experience as a Teradata Architect or DBA. Expertise in Teradata database cloud migration. Experience administering Teradata databases, including upgrades, performance tuning, and managing backup solutions like DSA and Data Domain. Proficient in SQL and Teradata utilities such as TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, and TPump. Evaluate Teradata platform features and develop strategic roadmaps. Create standards and integration patterns for the Teradata platform. Execute and socialize Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Establish foundational architectures for new capabilities. Coordinate pilot onboarding for new capabilities. Support teams with key feature implementations, troubleshooting, and remediation for Teradata users and applications.
