Caring Transitions of Crown Point is looking for a Team Member to join our team in our Northwest Indiana area. This person will assist the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish like packing, unpacking, relocating, costumer care, organizing, and facilitating projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments. this is a part-time position that could lead to a more permanent role. The hourly wages are between $18- $22/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Assist in executing projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
• Communicate with team lead - Drive contact with team leads throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, and to establish timelines.
• Moving and packing - work with the team to coordinate the relocation of goods.
• Develop project plans - Help with moving, organizing, and staging goods for sales.
• Assist with sales - Must be able to take and upload photo on our website for online auctions and sales.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing or have some higher education
• Must have a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
• Passion for working with a team and driving results
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently or with a team.

• Starting pay rate of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
