Title: SVP, Supply Chain

Location: Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, Dallas, TX area, or Luzerne County, PA

Compensation: $275,000-300,000 base with bonus and LTI

Schedule: Hybrid

Company Profile: A food manufacturing company is looking to hire an SVP, Supply Chain for their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the end-to-end operations, including developing and executing a world-class strategy to support business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

The SVP Supply Chain will Be Responsible For the Following:

• Developing and implementing a long-term supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
• Manage all functions including procurement and sourcing, manufacturing and operations, logistics and distribution, and inventory management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data analytics and technology to identify and implement process efficiencies
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Work cross functionally to ensure supply chain strategies support overall business goals

The SVP Supply Chain Have the Following Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, with at least 5-7 in a senior leadership role
• Experience within the food/CPG space
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex supply chain strategies
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility
• Ability to travel as needed
