Supply Chain Project Manager

This position is responsible for managing, tracking, reporting and keeping company projects within scope (delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy).

The Supply Chain Project Manager executes the Project Schedule making sure Launch Timelines and Cost/Strategy objectives are met as well as control the use of company resources.

Major End Results (Primary Duties):

• Assemble and maintain multiple project schedules, capturing all project-based activities
• Attend / facilitate meetings between various project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure clear understanding and expectations and to extract project activities, status, and risks
• Identify activity gaps and lead team to expand activities to address gaps
• Resource load and schedule all project activities in conjunction with project team input
• Create and maintain risk register, develop risk mitigation plans, and work with project team members to incorporate into overall program plan.
• Continuous process improvement
• Manage and deliver project within the assigned budget and timeline

Education and/or Experience:

B.A, Project Management, or a related field; and two to five years related experience and/or training in the CPG environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
