Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA from Day 1 (Client prefer local folks)

Hybrid Schedule: 3 Onsite Days (Tue, Wed, Thur) & 2 Remote Days (Mon, Fri)

No mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved

This position asks for a senior UX designer with significant experience in leading design production initiatives.

Candidate MUST:

• Have excellent, and I mean excellent communication skills–they are expected to present to business stakeholders, leadership tranches and sometimes to the C-suite.
• Have excellent production skills.
• Experience with Sketch 2025 and up is an absolute MUST. (In order of importance they must showcase proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop and other industry relevant design software.)
• Have excellent eye for good typography and its applications in design strategy
• Have solid experience with drafting communication strategy, messaging tone & voice, art direction of marketing campaigns. (Candidate will be working on the launch of a high-stakes B2B Client Pay property)
• Have solid experience with design systems and Sketch component libraries–they will be working on adding Sketch components to an internal Sketch library)
• Be able to take rein of a design brief and take it from initial draft stages to the final presentation without much hand holding.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
