What You’ll Do:

• Create targeted, relevant content on multiple platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) that aligns with Orca’s brand and tone.

• Develop and implement Orca’s channel marketing strategy: rank channels, plan channel-specific initiatives, identify success metrics, and execute campaigns.

• Collaborate across organizational functions to market product releases.

• Establish an analytics-driven growth culture by integrating data insights on performance of posts.

• Continue to expand Orca’s reach to new and existing DeFi users.

What You’ll Bring:

• Deep understanding of the culture of crypto Twitter, especially within the Solana community.

• Significant experience personally using Orca and/or other Solana DeFi protocols.

• Understanding of AMMs and DeFi.

• Track record of executing successful cross-channel marketing campaigns.

• Ownership mentality: if you see a better way, say something and work with others to get it done.

• Thought process that is both creative and analytical, with the ability to put yourself in the user’s shoes.

What Orca offers:

• Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 USDC (Range for US employees)

• Token allocation: 10,000 ORCA over 4 years (Range for US employees)

Hiring Process:

We like to be transparent and efficient. We move fast, and this process will be short and intense. We believe this process gives candidates the best experience in getting decisions quickly instead of long, drawn out interview rounds that last weeks.

Initial Screen (60 min)

This will be with Isaac, our COO. He'll try get an understanding of your experiences, how you approach social media marketing, and see your familiarity with crypto Twitter. It is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and company.

Second Round (60 min)

This will be an interview with Nathan, our CEO. He will test your knowledge of Solana, DeFi, and AMMs.

Final Round (60 min each)

This round will consist of 3 interviews back-to-back all conducted the same day. It will be with Gloria (Marketing), tmoc (CPO), and Ki (Head of BD).
