Our client is a growing skilled nursing provider that is seeking a proven SNF Regional Business Office Consultant! You'll focus on training and supporting your Business Office Managers throughout Arizona, implement processes and procedures, and improving AR. This person will need to be on-site at the facilities at least 4 days/week.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Experiences:

  • 5+ years of SNF and long term care billing/business office.
  • Excellent understanding and hands on experience with AZ Medicaid.
  • Multi-site SNF management experience in managing multiple locations.
  • Strong SNF BOM training and supporting skills.
  • Can give feedback and help with policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and not need to be micro-managed. Can set their own schedule, is a self-starter and self-motivator. Is capable of taking charge and can hit the ground running to do what is needed.
  • Someone who is passionate about the business and wants to do a great job.
  • Someone who wants to continue to grow in their career.
  • Hands on management style that is very eager to make an impact, and is ready to dig in.
