About the Company:

Our client is a growing, field-based construction services company focused on scaffolding operations throughout the Northeast.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead scaffold erection crews while working hands-on in the field. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced erector looking to step into a leadership role or expand their supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily crew operations across active job sites
• Oversee safe, efficient, and productive scaffold erection activities
• Coordinate material staging, jobsite organization, and clean-up
• Mentor and train junior crew members to ensure skill development and safety compliance
• Travel regionally within a ~200-mile radius as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with scaffolding installation
• Natural leadership qualities and proven ability to direct a team
• Willingness to travel regionally for project coverage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans or blueprints
