Job Description

A school in Bangor, WI, is seeking an experienced Sign Language Interpreter for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position is based onsite at an elementary school and offers the opportunity to support students with diverse communication needs, particularly those with Down Syndrome.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, preferably working in educational settings
• Familiarity with the communication needs of students with Down Syndrome
• Strong understanding of American Sign Language (ASL) and ability to facilitate clear, effective communication

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and accurate sign language interpretation for students during classroom activities and other interactions
