Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-value commercial and residential real estate transactions

• Provide counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing, and development projects

• Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, including leases, contracts, and purchase documents

• Perform due diligence and manage title, survey, and zoning review

• Interface with government agencies, investors, and third-party stakeholders

• Monitor changes in zoning laws and environmental regulations

• Support the firm’s long-term growth through mentoring and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• At least 20 years of experience practicing real estate law

• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing

• Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex transactions

• Exceptional client service and communication skills

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school

• Advanced drafting, negotiation, and deal execution skills

• Experience coordinating across teams and with external parties
