My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager – National Rollouts to join their team!

Senior Project Manager – National Rollouts is the field-ready, detail-tight, execution-first professional who takes full ownership of national equipment installation projects. We’re talking gas stations, QSRs, and convenience store sites across the country — from kickoff to closeout.

This isn’t a “watch the work” role — it’s a “drive the work” role. If you’re the one who gets the call when things get real, we built this seat for you.

What You’ll Drive

• End-to-End Execution – Own the full project lifecycle on national rollouts. Plan it. Schedule it. Run it. Close it.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with Dispatch, Field Ops, and Account Managers to keep timelines tight and expectations aligned.
• Client Confidence – Communicate clearly, set the tone, and deliver results that eliminate noise.
• On-the-Ground Leadership – Walk the site. Troubleshoot issues. Document the facts. Be where the job needs you — not where it’s comfortable.
• Cost Control – Track budgets like it’s your name on the invoice. Prevent overruns before they happen.
• Zero Loose Ends – Punch lists closed. Docs filed. Lessons logged. The job isn’t done until it’s done right.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, installation, or related field roles
• Experience in national or high-volume rollout programs is strongly preferred
• Operational edge — you know how the job should run, and you know how to recover it when it doesn’t
• Confident communication across roles, trades, and clients
• Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet, Procore, Google Workspace
• 25–50% travel — because some things can’t be run from a desk
